Moxidizer  Cutaway

TM

270 scfm Unit With Fan

Moxidizer   is a new patented modular oxidizer that can permanently destroy harmful air pollutants including:

  • Toxic organic compounds

  • Volatile organic compounds (VOC)

  • Methane

  • Odors

Each Moxidizer   is a complete oxidizer that weighs under 80 pounds and can eliminate pollution from 100 SCFM (standard cubic feet per minute) of gas flow.  Multiple Moxidizers   can be grouped together with a fan and controls for sources of any size. It is particularly well suited for sources that are too small or spread out for conventional oxidizer designs to be effective.

Moxidizer   can bring the benefits of oxidation to a wide range of pollutant sources such as:

  • Ethylene oxide sterilization

  • Soil vapor extraction

  • Pharmaceutical production

  • Tank vents

  • Landfills

  • Wastewater treatment

  • 3D printing

  • Electronics manufacturing

  • Battery manufacturing

  • Recycling facilities

Advantages of Moxidizer   over conventional oxidizers include:
•    Higher destruction efficiency >99%
•    Lower energy consumption

       - true 95% thermal efficiency

•    Fully electric, no fuel required

•    Improved safety

       –  no confined spaces

       –  no fall hazards

       –  no fuel
•    No NOx emissions
•    Faster warmup time: less than 1 hour

What is an oxidizer

An oxidizer is an air pollution control device that removes harmful air pollution emissions by breaking down organic compounds through oxidation. This process effectively eliminates pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), toxic organic compounds, methane, and odors.

Oxidation works by combining pollutant molecules with oxygen in the air, converting them into harmless byproducts like carbon dioxide and water vapor.

There are two main types of oxidizers:

  • Thermal oxidizers use high heat to trigger the oxidation reaction.

  • Catalytic oxidizers use a solid catalyst to achieve the same reaction at lower temperatures.
